For patients with cardiac arrest, time is of the essence! Just two days ago, a teacher in Longgang suddenly fell to the ground while playing badminton, but fortunately several teachers quickly rescued him, and the textbook operation saved his life!
"I didn't think about it so much, I was a colleague of the same unit, and I was only thinking about saving people." Xin Xianying, a teacher at Shenzhen Information Vocational and Technical College, said that on the evening of November 3, in the campus of The Institute of Faith, a teacher had a cardiac arrest, xin Xianying and several other teachers quickly rescued, so that the teacher recovered his breathing and heartbeat, and truly staged the scene of "golden four minutes" on-site first aid.
At 6 p.m. on October 3, Xin Xianying was playing badminton at school, and the teachers of his team suddenly fainted on the ground before serving, and several teachers quickly came forward to check the situation, and after repeated calls without answering and confirming unconsciousness, Xin Xianying, as a physical education teacher, immediately tested his nasal breath, pulse and carotid artery. After several verifications, it was judged that the teacher had cardiac arrest, and the teachers present called the 120 emergency number and the school infirmary telephone for the first time. Immediately afterward, Xin Xianying received the automatic external defibrillator (AED) device from the teachers and property management staff, and then performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the fainting teacher. Subsequently, the teacher had obvious breathing, and the carotid artery began to beat, at which point it was only 3 minutes after fainting.
The school doctor and the 120 emergency doctors also rushed to the scene to conduct a preliminary examination of the fainting teacher and give him oxygen, and then sent him to the hospital. The doctor said that it was precisely because of the timely rescue of several teachers present that the patient won a precious "golden four minutes".

Instructors explain first aid to freshmen during military training.
The reporter learned that the school will regularly organize relevant teachers to participate in emergency treatment methods for common injury accidents and first aid knowledge training such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and Xin Xianying is one of them. In addition, every year during military training, the school will also arrange emergency avoidance and safe evacuation drills, so that new students can learn to master self-help and mutual rescue knowledge such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and improve first aid awareness and ability. The school also deploys AED devices in 10 crowded places, including gymnasiums, swimming pools, and teaching buildings. It is reported that the teacher who fainted on the same day has regained consciousness at about 23:00 on the evening of the 3rd, and has now been out of danger of life.
