The Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau High-tech Zone (Binjiang) Branch continued to increase the investigation and handling of the case of Qilan Holding Group Co., Ltd. (under the "Yuantai Financial Services" platform) suspected of illegally absorbing deposits from the public, and made every effort to recover stolen goods and recover losses and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the masses. The latest handling of the case is hereby notified as follows:
I. Up to now, 44 real estates under the names of the companies involved in the case and the persons involved in the case have been seized (41 in the first letter, 3 waiting places), 45 cars and 12 motorcycles under the names of the companies involved in the case and the people involved in the case have been seized, and more than 111 million yuan of funds, 96 equity companies, 2 stock accounts, and 1 fund have been frozen. The recovery of stolen goods and losses in this case is still being further carried out.
Second, our bureau successfully auctioned the first batch of 41 vehicles involved in the case (32 cars and 9 motorcycles) through the Ali auction platform, with a total turnover of 17.4 million yuan and an average premium rate of 46.9%. (The fund has not yet been included in the frozen fund statistics)
III. The public security organs once again urge the perpetrators of illegal fund-raising in the Qilan case to voluntarily return the corresponding stolen funds in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on Urging the Perpetrators of Illegal Fund-raising in the Qilan Case to Return the Stolen Funds, and in the next step, the public security organs will take criminal compulsory measures against the relevant illegal fund-raising perpetrators as appropriate.
The public security organs will continue to investigate and handle cases in accordance with the law, make every effort to recover stolen goods and recover losses, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors to the greatest extent.
