Xiao Fangzhi (萧方智) (543 – May 5, 558), courtesy name Huixiang, was the last emperor of Southern Liang and the ninth son of Emperor Xiao of Liangyuan, and his mother was Concubine Xia Xian.

The Marquis of Xingliang was first enfeoffed. Emperor Yuan of Liang ascended the throne, and he was given the title of Prince of Jin'an by the general Pingnan and Jiangzhou Assassin Shi. In the third year of Chengsheng (554), after Emperor Yuan of Liang was killed, Wang Shengquan and Chen Baxian were made heirs and entered the imperial government. In the fourth year of Chengsheng (555), with the strong intervention of Northern Qi, the monk Taiwei Wang defended Xiao Yuanming as emperor and Xiao Fangzhi as crown prince. In September of the same year, Chen Baxian attacked and killed Wang Shengxuan, deposed Xiao Yuanming, and established Xiao Fangzhi as emperor, with the era name Shaotai, and the military and political affairs were decided by Chen Baxian.

In the second year of Taiping (557), Xiao Fangzhichan was in Chen Baxian, and the Liang Dynasty fell and was demoted to the king of Jiangyin. In the second year of Yongding (558), he was killed by Chen Baxian at the age of 16, and his title was Emperor Jing.
