Xiangyang, Hubei→ Wuhan→ Hengyang→ Guangxi→ Mengyang, Cam Ranh Bay, Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam→ Kaohsiung and Taipei, Taiwan

The interview team came today to listen to the story of uncle Bu Wenxian, the father of the artist A Liang (Bu Xueliang)!

Uncle Bu was born in 1928 in Xiangyang, Hubei Province, and is 92 years old today (2019). In his early years, he went into exile with the school due to war, and then joined the army, and the army entered the French colonization of Vietnam from Guangxi, originally to Go to Taiwan under the pretext of Vietnam, because of the change in the international situation, the military and civilians stayed in Vietnam for 3 and a half years.

Uncle Bu personally experienced life in Vietnam's concentration camps and primitive jungles, recalling the collective hunger strike of tens of thousands of soldiers and civilians, writing blood letters in protest, and shouting in the spirit of the commander, and could not help but choke up again.

He recalls that during the battle, experienced predecessors taught him a lot of life-saving knowledge. For example, in the event of a bombing, the first hole that is blown out can be hidden, because there are grooves, and it is generally not repeated to bomb the same place.

When you see that the fire is burning, do not run to other woods that have not yet burned, because it will burn there later, but run to the place in front of you that has been burned out, because it is burned out and there is nothing to burn again.

Uncle Bubb mentioned the process of reconnecting with his loved ones decades later, which is very tortuous. Before the opening, they all sent letters through a third place, and after receiving the letters, the mainland brothers sent them back to their original addresses, and no one received the letters. It was a long time before he received his brother's first letter, when he read it every 5 minutes and cried every time he saw it.

The first time I returned to my hometown and reunited with my brother in the mainland, everyone hugged their headaches and cried (at the interview site, Bu Wenxian also shed tears when talking about this paragraph). His parents had passed away and there was no grave, and he later repaired them.
