Recently, the Ministry of Public Security issued a Grade A wanted notice to publicly arrest 10 fugitives from major cultural relics crimes, of which 2 were registered in Xinyu, namely Peng An (male, born in October 1985), a villager in the United Village Committee of Ouli Town, Fairy Lake District, and Cao Xiaohan (male, born in August 1974), a villager in Bri Village, Gaolan Township, Fengyi County.

After the arrest warrant was issued, the Xinyu City Public Security Party Committee attached great importance to it, and immediately set up a leading group for the pursuit of the work, and dispatched elite police forces to form a special class for pursuing and escaping, and carried out the work with the strictest requirements and the most practical measures.

After investigation, in January 2017, the criminal suspect Cao Xiaohan and others excavated the tomb of the ancient Han Dynasty (a national key cultural relics protection unit) in Dingzhou City, Hebei Province, and absconded after the incident, and the police in Dingzhou, Hebei Province, listed him as a fugitive on the Internet. In April 2018, criminal suspect Peng An, together with others, excavated the tomb of the ancient Han Dynasty (a national key cultural relics protection unit) in Zhoucun Town, Dingzhou City, Hebei Province, and absconded after the incident, and the police in Dingzhou, Hebei Province, listed him as an online fugitive.

At present, the case is under further consideration.
