Live Bar May 2 News Today, former NBA player and Puerto Rican star Carlos Arroyo announced his retirement and will join the Big3 League.

Arroyo, 39, plays as a point guard and has played for the NBA for the Magic, Jazz, Heat, Pistons, Nuggets, Raptors and Celtics, playing in 569 regular-season games, averaging 18.7 minutes per game, and can get 6.6 points, 1.7 rebounds and 3.1 assists.

In the Puerto Rico men's national basketball team, Arroyo led the team to defeat the American Dream Team.

Arroyo also played in puerto Rico's domestic league for seven years, playing for Basquenia, Maccabi Tel Aviv and Barcelona in Europe.
