modelsim中，錯誤 Error: already declared in this scope ()

在定義這個信号前其它子產品接口信号中調用了這個信号，modelsim仿真報錯，通過把信号定義挪到調用子產品前面問題解決。

可能是modelsim有要求，在塊裡邊出現之前，必須先做聲明。
