VM啟動報錯Cannot open the disk，Failed to lock the file

在windows下運作vmware建立的虛拟機時出錯，無法運作。

錯誤提示大概為：

failed to lock the file

cannot open the disk 'd:\windows server 2008 r2 x64.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.

解決方法：

       把虛拟機檔案夾裡【.lck】字尾的檔案/檔案夾删除即可。
