VM啟動報錯Cannot open the disk，Failed to lock the file

在windows下運作VMware建立的虛拟機時出錯，無法運作。

錯誤提示大概為：

Failed to lock the file

Cannot open the disk ‘D:\Windows Server 2008 R2 x64.vmdk‘ or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.

解決方法：

       把虛拟機檔案夾裡【.lck】字尾的檔案/檔案夾删除即可。
