檔案被system程序鎖定，不能删除

檔案被system程序鎖定，不能删除，沒有明顯使用者程序操作此檔案。

軟體unlocker,wholockme,lock hunter之類的，可能需要重新開機才能解決問題，這在生産環境 中是不可接受的。

能作的還是慢慢搜尋可用解決方案。。

然後，找到此個文檔，顯示了被system占用檔案的解決辦法，并将此歸為win2008的一個小bug，但不知道實際效果如何。。：

re-enabling this service has fixed this problem for me.
