Cities of Charm

ASEAN countries will respectively choose a representative city as their cities of charm to showcase development and business opportunities in trade, investment, science and technology, culture and tourism, etc.

Zhengzhou, the city of charm of China for the 21st CAEXPO, will set up its comprehensive display zone and organize a host of themed events and exchange activities during the fair period.

IV. CAEXPO Awards for Exhibits NEW

This activity is launched to mobilize companies at home and abroad to select and showcase their new and unique products at the CAEXPO. Awards will include Gold, Silver, Excellent Design and Most Popular, etc. Award-winning companies will be provided with certificates and value-added services for advertising and promotion.

V. Booth Rentals

1. A standard or non-standard booth is equipped with one fascia board with both Chinese and English name of the company, white laminated walls, information counter × 1nos, folding chairs × 2nos, short spotlights ×2nos, 500W single phase socket × 1nos, waste paper basket × 1nos and carpeting;

2.No equipment is provided for raw space.

August 15, 2024

The CAEXPO Secretariat will send the Letters of Booth Confirmation to applicants upon reviewing their qualification, and arrange booths for them accordingly. The CAEXPO Secretariat reserves the right to adjust booth arrangement.

Year-round complementary online booths will be provided for all exhibitors of the physical show.
