王培學，書畫家，女，祖籍：上海。戶籍：遼甯省沈陽市。2011年國家美術師職稱評審委員會考核評審為國家一級美術師。2020年國家進階美術師職稱評審委會資質考核評審為國家進階美術師。現中國四川湯用彤國學院中國書法文化研究所創作中心客作教授。全國書畫藝術委員會副主席。中國美術家協會會員，中國書法家協會會員中國石油美術家協會會員，遼甯省美術家協會會員。2020年入駐中國國際書畫藝術研究會書畫家。2022年入駐全球國際文化藝術交流中心書畫家。
藝術成就:2012年應邀參加央視新聞網 “大師路全國百名知名畫家作品展”，五幅作品入展。2012年應邀參加第二屆全國職工書畫作品展，作品《溪山美景》獲二等獎。2013年應邀參加中共中央六部委聯合舉辦的廉政文化建設展，作品《鴻雲耀山峰》獲特殊貢獻獎，一等獎。2014年應邀參加中國當代藝術家協會，華夏基金會，中國文化藝術人才管理中心聯合舉辦的 “ 中國夢書畫藝術精品展 ”。作品《風景這邊獨好》獲一等獎，榮獲“ 德藝雙馨”藝術家稱号。2018年應邀參加中國網絡紀實影視台，《遼甯職工報北方周末》，中國書畫藝術家聯盟，聯合舉辦的全國首屆“瑞士弗蘭卡杯 ” 書畫展。四條幅書畫《春夏秋冬》榮獲一等獎。2019 應邀參加全國水墨藝術大賽網“第八屆藝苑杯現代水墨大賽”，作品《花好月圓》獲二等獎。2012年--2015年，中國國際集郵網，中國郵政組委會，甄選王培學書畫作品肖像等為素材制作 “ 國家名片之美意 ”的主題郵品及大型文獻類珍藏版郵冊。2018年至2022年 榮獲十三屆全國人大會議、十三屆全國政協會議，榮獲“兩會重點推薦人民藝術家 ”稱号。2021年紀念中國共産黨誕辰100周年之際，獲得中書協，中美協中國國家書畫院等授予的“ 德藝雙馨人民藝術家”稱号。
Wang Peixue is a calligrapher and painter, female, with ancestral roots in Shanghai. Registered residence: Shenyang, Liaoning Province. I studied under Professor Lu Zhixue from the Department of Traditional Chinese Painting at the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts in China. In 2011, the National Artists Professional Title Evaluation Committee assessed and evaluated him as a national first-class artist. In 2020, the qualification assessment and evaluation of the National Senior Artist Professional Title Evaluation Committee was conducted as a National Senior Artist. I am currently a guest professor at the Creation Center of the Institute of Chinese Calligraphy Culture at Tang Yongtong National College in Sichuan, China. Vice Chairman of the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee. Member of China Artists Association, Member of China Calligraphers Association, Member of China Petroleum Artists Association, Member of Liaoning Artists Association. Joined the China International Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association as a calligrapher and painter in 2020. Joined the Global International Cultural and Art Exchange Center as a calligrapher and painter in 2022.
Artistic Achievements: In 2012, he was invited to participate in the "Master Road National Exhibition of 100 Famous Painters" on CCTV News Network, and five works were exhibited. In 2012, he was invited to participate in the second National Employee Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition, and his work "Beautiful Scenery of Rivers and Mountains" won the second prize. In 2013, he was invited to participate in the Anti Corruption Culture Construction Exhibition jointly organized by six departments of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. His work "Hongyun Yaoshan Peak" won the Special Contribution Award and the first prize. In 2014, I was invited to participate in the "China Dream Calligraphy and Painting Art Exhibition" jointly organized by the China Contemporary Artists Association, Huaxia Foundation, and China Cultural and Art Talent Management Center. The work "Unique Scenery Here" won first prize and was awarded the title of "Artist of Virtue and Art". In 2018, I was invited to participate in the first national "Swiss Franca Cup" calligraphy and painting exhibition jointly organized by China Network Documentary Film and Television Station, Liaoning Workers Daily Northern Weekend, China Calligraphy and Painting Artists Alliance. The four piece painting "Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter" won first prize. In 2019, I was invited to participate in the 8th Art Yuan Cup Modern Ink and wash Competition on the National Ink and wash Art Competition website, and my work "Beautiful Flowers and Full Moon" won the second prize. From 2012 to 2015, China International Philatelic Network and the China Post Organizing Committee selected portraits of Wang Peixue's calligraphy and painting works as materials to create themed stamps and large collections of literature on the beauty of national business cards. From 2018 to 2022, he was awarded the title of "Recommended People's Artist" by the 13th National People's Congress and the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. In 2021, on the occasion of commemorating the 100th anniversary of the birth of the CPC, he was awarded the title of "People's Artist with Both Virtue and Skill" by the Chinese Calligraphy Association, the China National Academy of Painting and Calligraphy of the China US Association, etc.
