原因是猜測可能跟在nexus-aliyun的更新間隔過期或更新之後，解析将不會被重新嘗試。這句話有關，但是本人也不太清楚。或者是檔案格式有問題，因為在查詢資料是看到一片說跟轉換符有關，要把settings.xml改成成utf-8(這個方法請慎重嘗試，本人沒有用着個方法解決本問題。)

解決方案：

1.把本地倉庫裡的org删除重新下載下傳。或者把倉庫裡的東西全删除，重新下載下傳。（建議後者）

2.項目右鍵-->maven-->Update Dependencies（記得把Force Update of Snapshots/Releases鈎上不然不會更新）
