我的是4.5版本，下面網址末尾中對應4.5

選擇eclipse rcp plugin developer resources

next--accept---ok 即可（重新開機如果不生效，就clean或者删除eclipse根目錄中configuration檔案夾除simpleconfigure、equinox.source和ini檔案外的東西）
