VMware Workstation 與 Device/Credential Guard 不相容的問題排查及解決方案

系統版本：Windows 10, Version 1909

VM  版本：VMware® Workstation 15 Pro - 15.0.4 build-12990004

故障提示：

[中文版本]：VMware Workstation 與 Device/Credential Guard 不相容。在禁用 Device/Credential Guard 後，可以運作 VMware Workstation

參考 "VMware Workstation and Device/Credential Guard are not compatible" error in VMware Workstation on Windows 10 host (2146361)

其中提出了官方解決方案 ：

“To resolve this issue, disable Device Guard or Credential Guard.For more information on Device Guard or Credential Guard, see the Microsoft article Manage Windows Defender Credential Guard.”

該解決方案 (釋出于2019.08.15) 針對的隻是一部分使用者，是以大部分人的設定并不會導緻問題。意思就是可能沒啥卵用 😀

是以，不同的情況，解決問題的方案不相同。有的隻需要很簡單的設定即可修複，有的可能就需要複雜點。

經過差不多一個小時的時間，解決了我自己的情況，将我搜集的資訊彙總，可以按照這個順序排查：

1. SandBox [ Windows自帶虛拟機 ]

SandBox和VM Station可能會産生沖突。操作：控制台→程式→ 打開或關閉windows功能→取消SandBox的所有選項。

2. Hyper-V [ 微軟虛拟化産品 ]

如果你沒有關閉第1步驟的視窗可就太好了，順手可以把Hyper-V也取消掉，這一步配置完成後可能會重新開機。

建議是，最好再多費點事，徹底解決這個問題，如下"開始"界面輸入cmd，右鍵以管理者身份運作cmd，複制以下指令行：

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
           

然後 Shift+Insert 粘貼到CMD中（如果需要重新開啟hyper，可以使用以“ bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto ”）

我在這一步就解決了，因為我預設關閉SandBox、Hyper-V、核心隔離預設。

3. 核心隔離 [ 啟動它就預設啟動了Hyper-V ]

"開始"裡搜核心隔離/Core Isolation就直接出來了。操作：設定→更新&安全→Windows安全→裝置安全→核心隔離。一般是預設關閉的，是以如果打開了就關掉。

4. 修改Device Guard

這個操作我覺得沒什麼作用，為了避免不能安裝第三方軟體的情況，我沒有更改，而是預設的不配置。而且就我的情況來說，不修改它也對VM的沖突不會産生影響。

但也不排除可能會影響一小部分人，操作：Win+R →輸入gpedit.msc→ Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Systems → Device Guard → 右側設定，輕按兩下Turn on Virtualization Based Security → 左上第三個Disabled/禁用 （禁用可能會導緻不能安裝第三方軟體）

5. Credential Guard 憑據保護/機密防護

我沒試過，更改政策的都不是什麼好方子，而且網上很多人已經貼出來了這種方法，我對這個不評價，也不推薦。

最後

如果你用了上邊的順序排查，依然不能解決問題，請放棄吧不要灰心，那就試試第5個方法，如果還不行，那可真是慘啊，真的，放棄吧 也不要灰心，再探索探索别的解決方案。🙂
