Abstract：Data mining picks up the practical issue with effective mode, finds the hiding rule from the abundant data, analysis and gets useful knowledge, serves for the decision-making.The analysis of students' marks is becoming increasingly important and urgent along with the enlarging of recruiting students, the augmenting of scale of students, more and more students marks are stacking, and these data contains lots of important information. But traditional analysis method that is based on statistics has not been fitted for the needs of deep analysis，However, Data mining can get the information that we need from them quickly and exactly.This article design and implement the students' marks analysis system in use of the model of Waterfall, on this basis, this article take the students marks as research object, according to the model of CRISP-DM, implement the modeling and explanation of models. Through the mining of students' marks, discovered conclusions as follows: (1) Student with similar identity in a cluster. (2) There are relationship of relay on each other and conform between courses.
