思路:
1.将所給序列倒序排序;
2.一圈一圈地将序列逆時針填入矩陣;我的思路是使用變量x,y來表示目前我們所需操作的矩陣位置,然後按如下順序挨個填入資料;

重點是對x,y坐标位置的控制;
