背景
kafka 2.3 版本建立新的topic的時候，建立topic報錯
[email protected] kafka_2.11-2.3.0$ ./bin/kafka-topics.sh --create --zookeeper localhost:2181,localhost:2182,localhost:2183 --replication-factor 1 --partitions 1 --topic lcc_xjj1
