IDEA中properties檔案中unicode 編碼設定小寫

打開File -> Other Settings -> Default Settings... 菜單，搜尋File encoding，勾選 Transparent native-to-ascii conversion，設定後，預設情況下 IDEA 将屬性檔案中的 Unicode 編碼儲存為大寫，如果要儲存為小寫，需要修改IDEA安裝目錄下 bin/idea.properties 檔案，增加 idea.native2ascii.lowercase=true 屬性配置。
