Unable to instantiate application com.android.tools.fd.runtime.BootstrapApplication

由于這個錯誤導緻無法運作，一運作就提示XX已停止運作

解決方式：

打開studio的settings 然後

settings -> Build, Execution, Deployment -> Instant Run -> Enable Instant Run

把前邊的勾去掉就可以了
