中斷說明

一、NVIC_PriorityGroupConfig

這個函數隻需要調用一次，多次調用按照最後一次的參數執行

二、優先級說明

1、很重要很重要

沒有組優先級這種東西！！！！！！！！！！

2、名詞解釋

NVIC_IRQChannelPreemptionPriority 搶占式優先級

NVIC_IRQChannelSubPriority 響應式優先級

3、這才是重點

第一條，高搶占式優先級可以打斷低搶占式優先級

第二條，相同搶占式優先級之間，低響應式優先級不會被打斷
