交叉編譯錯誤 is not able to compile a simple test program

交叉編譯出現錯誤：

  The C compiler

  is not able to compile a simple test program.

解決辦法：

強制的指定C和C++編譯器，比如把CMAKE_C_COMPILER改成CMAKE_FORCE_C_COMPILER
