CuteFlowis a complete webbased system. Users with administration rights cantweak the systems parameter within the webinterface too.  Acirculation/workflow document can contain a lot of different fieldsthat are grouped by so called slots. The definition of a document canbe done easily via the webinterface (Templates menu). On documentdefinition can be used in several circulations or mailing lists.  Everyworkflow has an attached set of receivers. These receivers will get theworkflow document via e-mail. Similar to the template definition thereis a webbased mask where you can add users (receivers) to slots, so youcan define who is getting the circulation at which time.

Workflow-Documents are sent by e-mail. Every receiver is seeing alldata in the document, but can only change the fields in his slot.Depending on the e-mail client and the user settings the receiver canchange the values directly in the Mail or have to open a Link in aseperate Browser window.  The fields of a workflow document can be fromvery different types. There are simple text fields, radio- andcheckboxes, select fields and many more. Each field can have a defaultvalue and you can add a validation rule.  An overview list shows thestatus of all workflows. The sender can easily see where and how longthe workflow is at the current station. A mighty filter function allowsthe customizing of the list to your own needs.  If the sender needsmore specific information about the status of a circulation, he can usethe details view.
