1我同時安裝了python2和python3

2建立虛拟環境的時候用的是Python2

3安裝時用的pip預設是pip3

4使用pip2安裝requirements.txt

5如果還不成功，再使用pip2逐個安裝依賴包，不要使用requirements.txt
