Out of tree builds are impossible with config.h in source dir

在編譯tools下的build_libstagefright的時候，由于之前在ffmpeg下面執行過./configure,生成config.h

然後再次在tool下執行build_libstagefright的時候就會出現Out of tree builds are impossible with config.h in source dir這個問題

解決：

删除ffmpeg 下面的config.h重新在tools下執行build_libstagefright就可以了
