1.啟用FTP功能
參照：windows10建立FTP伺服器
2.下載下傳FileZillaSever

3.安裝FileZillaSever
選擇“ I Agree ”；

預設配置，選擇“ Next ”；

選擇“ Install as server, started manutally ”，手動啟動伺服器；不勾選“ Start Server after setup completes ”，安裝完成後不啟動伺服器。

選擇“ Start if user logs on,apply in all users ”；不勾選“ Start Interface after setup completes ”，安裝完成後不啟動接口。

4.配置防火牆
打開“ Windows 設定”（快捷鍵，Win+I ），搜尋“ Windows Defender 防火牆”，點選“允許應用或功能通過 Windows Defender 防火牆”；點選“更改設定”，選中“ FTP 伺服器 -> 專用 ”、“ FTP 伺服器 -> 公用 ”；點選“允許其他應用”，浏覽“ C:\Program Files (x86)\FileZilla Server\FileZilla Server.exe”，添加應用；再次點選“允許其他應用”，浏覽“ C:\Program Files (x86)\FileZilla Server\FileZilla Server Interface.exe”，添加應用。

5.啟動或關閉Server
桌面上預設隻添加“ FileZilla Server Interface ”的快捷方式，用于配置和連接配接 Server；由于我在安裝過程中，設定了不自動啟動 Server，需要手動啟動 Server，進入安裝目錄“ C:\Program Files (x86)\FileZilla Server ”，添加“ FileZilla Server ”的快捷方式。

若需要開啟 Server ，輕按兩下“ FileZilla Server ”，開啟 Server 。

若需要關閉 Server ，輕按兩下“ FileZilla Server ”，關閉 Server 。

注意：“ FileZilla Server Interface ”和“ FileZilla Server ”必須設定為“相容性 -> 以管理者身份運作此程式”，否則接下來無法正常配置和使用。
6.配置和使用
參照第5節開啟 Server ，否則會警告“ Error, could not connect to server ”，無法連接配接到伺服器。
輕按兩下打開“ FileZilla Server Interface ”，必須設定“ Host 為 127.0.0.1 ”、“ Port 為 14147 ”和“ Password 為空 ”，否則會警告“ Error, could not connect to server ”，無法連接配接到伺服器。

顯示“ Logged on ”，表示已經順利上線；警告“ You appear to be behind a NAT router. Please configure the passive mode settings and forward a range of ports in your router. Warning: FTP over TLS is not enabled, users cannot securely log in. ”，需要在“ Edit -> Settings ”中配置 Server。

我們需要修改“ Edit -> Settings -> Passive mode settings ”，勾選“Use custom port range ”，範圍1到65535，根據自己情況進行調整；勾選“ Use the following IP ”，輸入要設定伺服器的 IP 位址；點選 “ OK ”，儲存設定。

警告“ Warning: FTP over TLS is not enabled, users cannot securely log in. ”，為了安全起見，還需要修改“ Edit -> Settings -> FTP over TLS settings ”；點選“ Generate new certifcate… ”，生成新的證書，“ Key Size ”根據自己實際情況填寫，伺服器位址用實體 IP 位址，其他資訊可以随意填寫，選擇儲存位址（最好存放在安裝目錄下），點選“ Generate certificate ”生成證書；提示“ Certificate generated successfully. ”，生成成功。

然後，勾選“ Enable FTP over TLS support(FTPS) ”和“ Disallow plan unencrypted FTP ”，點選“ OK ”，儲存設定。

根據自己情況建立用來傳輸資料的檔案夾，然後就可以使用“ Edit -> Settings -> Users ”建立使用者，“ Edit -> Settings -> Groups ”建立分組，我隻需要建立使用者。在“ General ”頁籤下，點選“ Add ”添加使用者，根據自己喜好輸入伺服器登入名，然後設定 Password 密碼。

在“ Shared folders ”頁籤下，點選“ Add ”添加目标檔案位址，根據實際情況設定勾選“ Files ”和" Directories "權限，點選“ Set as home dir ”設為主目錄，選擇“ Users ”，然後點選“ OK ”，儲存設定。
