供應商品質管理是企業品質管理的重要組成部分,與企業自身的品質管理、客戶品質管理等共同成為供應鍊品質管理的主要内容。 在本節内容中,作者将從産品開發過程中的品質控制流程與品質風險評估兩方面研究複雜産品開發中供應商的品質管理問題。

一、協同産品開發中供應商品質控制流程

複雜産品開發中的供應商品質控制主要是通過對供應商的選擇、評價和對提供樣件的檢驗等活動,對新産品開發過程中供應商的品質進行控制,保證供應商生産的全部零件能夠通過最終的産品批量生産認可。協同産品開發中供應商品質控制流程主要包括以下幾方面内容,如下圖所示。
