Traffic Monitor 是一款 Windows 平台的網速、CPU等監控懸浮窗軟體，可以顯示目前網速、CPU及記憶體占用率，小視窗可以拖動到視窗的任意位置，并且支援嵌入到工作列顯示，曆史流量統計等功能。
Traffic Monitor 是免安裝的，打開即用。下載下傳位址：https://github.com/zhongyang219/TrafficMonitor/，進入網頁後往下拉，在【相關連結】裡有下載下傳位址，也有通百度網盤下載下傳的位址，自己選擇下載下傳，
