處理方法：

修改：cli.js 檔案， 貼圖便于看

const NRMRC = path.join(process.env.HOME, '.nrmrc');

HOME 為 USERPROFILE，如下：

const NRMRC = path.join(process.env.USERPROFILE, '.nrmrc');
           

修改後執行
