這報錯檔案的權限全部改為600：

chmod 600 ***

再次啟動OK！

尼瑪搞了半天啊！

PS：如果手動在“服務”裡面啟動說什麼：啟動了有停止了，因為沒有程式在用它，他就停止了之類的資訊，修改權限就OK了。
