原因：

python版本低

解決：

下載下傳安裝 “Anaconda Python distributive (available for Linux, Windows and MacOS)” 位址 https://www.anaconda.com/download/ ,個人使用免費。目前版本 3.7。安裝完畢，設定一下PATH路徑，把新安裝的Anaconda Python distributive的bin放最前面。
