負責各藍牙裝置間連接配接的建立。通過連接配接的發起、交換、核實,進行身份認證和加密, 協商确定基帶資料分組大小。它控制無線裝置的電源模式和工作周期,以及微微網内裝置單元的連接配接狀态。
