Blast資料庫腳本update_blastdb.pl無法下載下傳"$nrequested_db not found, skipping.\n"并且ftp輸出提示Illegal PORT command

最近使用The BLAST Databases，通過ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/下提供的blast+包中的下載下傳腳本開始下載下傳：

perl update_blastdb.pl nt

結果提示：

nt not found, skipping.

進入腳本輸出ftp的message提示：

Illegal PORT command

百度之，提示ftp主被動模式的問題，但是不知道怎麼解決；谷歌之，發現加上--passive參數即可，是以下載下傳并解壓指令如下：

perl  update_blastdb.pl --passive --decompress nt

還可以使用nuhop背景下載下傳。
