SpringCloud：Config 配置版在github

springcloud-config分為服務端和用戶端

啟動服務端3344，然後啟動用戶端3355，然後根據3355看能不能擷取github上面的配置資訊

測試：

首先啟動config-3344配置伺服器啟動，然後啟動micriservicecloud-config-eureka—client-7001服務端

最後啟動microservicecloud-config-dept-client-8001用戶端

Test配置預設通路 http://localhost:8001/dept/list 看到通路的資料庫是cloudDB02

dev配置預設通路 http://localhost:8001/dept/list 看到通路的資料庫是cloudDB01
