在EWM歸檔過程中使用程式/SCDL/BO_ARCHIVE對FDO進行設定歸檔标記時報錯：Document cannot be marked for archiving because it is not completed。

FDO打歸檔标記報錯：Document cannot be marked for archiving because it is not completed 1、檢查原因是因為FDO的完成狀态DCO 為1，需要為9完成才能打上标記。
FDO打歸檔标記報錯：Document cannot be marked for archiving because it is not completed 原因是沒有執行歸檔的前置步驟，正常需使用程式 /SCWM/POST_PROC_DLV_SET_DOY對FDO的在途狀态 In yard狀态設定為out of yard，則DCO狀态會自動設定為9.
2、執行報表/SCWM/POST_PROC_DLV_SET_DOY。
