1, 是業務,不是技術,傻瓜

是內建,不是程式設計

是使用,不是創造

是創造,不是祈求

是合作,不是獨立

是開放,不是保密

是實踐,不是謠言

是選擇,不是忠誠,更不是媒妁,傻瓜

2, 所謂文化

即是規則,模式,慣用法的積累:在一個狹小的空間内,積聚了大量高度内聚的原則,模式,慣用法,便形成了文化

3,Iterative

Matrix是疊代開發的,事實上所有的事務本質上都是疊代的,共産主義不會一蹴而就,需要經過原始社會,奴隸社會,封建社會,資本主義社會,社會主義社會(分初級和進階兩個階段),n-1主義社會,才能最終到達

4,Balance

Matrix不是完美的,它隻是達到了某種平衡,事實上所有事務本質上都不是完美的,進度與品質,可維護性與hack,等等,就這麼糾纏着,你達到平衡了,你就相安無事,否則,占據上風的一方就會肆虐,你再也控制不了

5,Control

What is Control ? We can shut down the machines ? Yea we can , but what would happen if we shut down them ?

6,Inverse of Control

We don't wish shut down machines though we can do this. The machines control our actions just like we control their power. This is what IoC means.

7,Cycle

money got and spent again, clothes got clean and dirty again, rooms were tidiness and clutter again...The only thing that is not cyclic is our knowledge, our experiences, and our power.
