下載下傳的庫與python版本不對。

1.進入cmd，檢視python版本：python --version

2.

進入該網址下載下傳對應的版本即可

https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/

3.再次進入cmd，pip3/pip install 【檔案下載下傳的位置+檔案名】即可安裝成功
