從3月1号開始聯系客服，到最終收到硬碟，時間隻用了8天。其實自己比較懶，再加上中美時間差，聯系客服就用了5天。剩下的幾天就是快遞包裹的等待了。
這裡主要是讓大家少走彎路，是以一些曲折我就不說了。
1.登入希捷官網，在語言界面點選美國英語，找到保修和換貨選項，點選驗證序列号，确認是在保修期内，聯系客服，發條郵件，說明自己的硬碟情況，還有說明你人不在美國，希望能把質保區域換到中國。期間還要插進幾句好話，因為人家看到你的郵件，人家高興了自然容易辦事。
2.客服會讓你填寫你的資訊，包括序列号、姓名、位址等等。這裡我填寫了拼音，還有加上中文(因為快件寄到中國内)
3.當客服幫你搞定後，會發來封郵件，裡面包含退貨的列印檔案，這個你要自己去列印，然後把硬碟和列印的放在一個箱子裡，寄到客服要求寄的位址，這樣就坐等新的硬碟了。
ps.1.不用把電源資料線等等寄回去，隻要把硬碟包裹好寄回去就行。到時他會寄全新的盤給你。
2.中國客服幫了我很多忙，有問題可以找希捷公衆号問問那裡的客服哥哥和姐姐。
3.希捷換貨是幫我的美行硬碟換成國行的。
下面是我收到的硬碟，用很大一個箱子裝着，其實不需要那麼大。

- Removed the following applications from App Center due to PHP 7 updates in QTS 4.4.1: "phpEasyProject", "Dolphin", "CMS Made Simple", "Vtiger CRM", "iStat", "PostgreSQL 9.3.13.3", and "ownCloud".
- Due to compatibility issues, the following applications have been removed from the App Center in QTS 4.4.1: FileFlex, MantisBT, SugarCRM, Xeams, DokuWiki, and Azure Storage.
- Once you update QTS to 4.4.1 (or later) on the TS-1635AX, you will not be able to downgrade QTS to versions earlier than 4.4.1.
- Removed support for Plex Home Theater from HybridDesk Station.
- After reaching their end of support in July 2020, Notes Station and Qnotes have been removed from QTS App Center, Google Play, and Apple App Store. We recommend using Notes Station 3 and Qnotes 3 to benefit from the next-generation note-taking features. - Removed HappyGet from the App Center due to changes in Google extension policies.

- Starting from 4.5.1, QTS is no longer compatible with the following applications: DJ2 Console, CodexPack.
[Fixed Issues]
- QuLog Center could not display the list of online users.
- QuLog Center would send both system event log and system access log even if users chose to send only one type of log.
- Users could not add notification rules to Notification Center via QuLog Center after initializing the NAS.
- Users could not block an IP address for one day or permanently in QuLog Center.
- The modified dates of files would change after users copied files to a mounted CIFS/SMB folder where shared folder access was disabled in HybridMount.
- In File Station, users could not open all the subfolders inside a mounted CIFS/SMB folder where shared folder access was disabled in HybridMount.
- File Station would not create share links using the local IP address of a virtual switch when users remotely connected to QTS via myQNAPcloud.
- Users could exceed their assigned storage quota on the NAS when uploading files to an unlocked encrypted volume.
- QVPN would automatically disconnect whenever the DHCP lease expired.
- Users could not open HBS 3 after assigning a CD/DVD-ROM to a virtual machine in Virtualization Station.
- When users enabled power schedule in Control Panel, a drop-down list would automatically expand.
- Even though users had safely detached a storage pool before reinitializing the NAS, they could not re-attach and then restore the storage pool from the TX-800P expansion enclosure after the reinitialization.
- Users could not reset their passwords when forgetting passwords if they enabled "Must not be the same as the associated username or the username reversed" in their security settings in Control Panel.
- Users could not configure iSCSI ACL settings for multiple iSCSI LUNs.
- The NAS could not obtain an IP address assigned by DHCP when connected to a certain router.
- Fixed a command injection vulnerability (CVE-2020-2509).
- Fixed a Python code injection vulnerability.
- Fixed an improper access control vulnerability.
- Fixed a command injection vulnerability.
- Fixed a security vulnerability in the Linux kernel (CVE-2020-24394).
[Known Issues]
- App Center cannot enable Mustang Card User Driver after a system update from QTS 4.4.3 to QTS 4.5.1.
- Users cannot install OpenVINO Workflow Consolidation Tool (OWCT) in the App Center.
