有個醫生要搬家了，就對四鄰說：“向來打擾，沒什麼東西可贈送，特别敬送每位一帖藥。”
a medical was making a move( house),told to his neighbors: always disturb ,it's nothing for gift, sending everybody a medical.
鄰居們都以無病相推辭。
neighbors all rejected him for they were sickless/ diseaseless.
醫生說：“吃了我的藥，自然會生起病來。”
medical said: having/taking my medicine,will be sick naturely.
庸醫确實是謀财害命呀，古今沒啥不同！
quack doctors make homcide and cheating money(thuggee),there is no difference however nowaday or ancient time!
