摘 要
網絡的廣泛應用給生活帶來了十分大的便利。是以把企業客戶資訊回報管理與現在網絡相結合，利用java技術建設企業客戶資訊回報平台，實作企業客戶資訊回報的資訊化。則對于進一步提高企業客戶資訊回報管理發展，豐富企業客戶資訊回報管理經驗能起到不少的促進作用。
企業客戶資訊回報平台能夠通過網際網路得到廣泛的、全面的宣傳，讓盡可能多的使用者了解和熟知企業客戶資訊回報平台的便捷高效，不僅為客戶提供了服務，而且也推廣了自己，讓更多的客戶了解自己。對于企業客戶資訊回報而言，若擁有自己的平台，可以通過平台得到更好的管理，同時提升了形象。
本平台設計的現狀和趨勢，從需求、結構、資料庫等方面的設計到平台的實作，分别為管理者、客戶的實作。論文的内容從平台的設計、描述、實作、分析、測試方面來表明開發的過程。本平台根據現實情況來選擇一種可行的開發方案，借助java程式設計語言和MySQL資料庫等實作平台的全部功能，接下來對平台進行測試，測試平台是否有漏洞和測試使用者權限來完善平台，最終平台完成達到相關标準。
