vcomp120.dll找不到

機器環境說明：

• Visual Studio的話，隻裝了Visual Studio 2017。
• vc_redist的話，隻裝了VS2017的版本。

發生問題的場景：

• 使用VS2017，編譯ld工程，它編譯出庫ld；ld依賴于neat庫，neat庫是預先用VS2015編譯好的
• 使用VS2017，編testbed，依賴ld庫和neat庫。運作報錯提示vcomp120.dll找不到

解決：安裝vc_redist的2013版本： https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784

看下載下傳提示有arm, x86和x64三個版本。我裝了x64的。

一般用Visual C++開發的Windows應用程式需要這個運作時庫的支援才能在沒有安裝Visual C++的計算機上正常運作
