1. 打開Xcode-->Create a new Xcode project-->iOS-->Framework&library-->Cocoa Touch Static Library-->Next-->輸入Product Name-->Next-->Create
2. 添加相關源檔案，或修改相關代碼，選擇裝置為IOS真機或模拟器，如果選真機則隻能在真機上調試，選模拟器則隻能用模拟器調試。
3. Product-->Scheme-->Edit Scheme...-->Run-->Build Configuration選擇Release或Debug
