No authorization to log on as a Trusted System

issue: 背景遇到如下error message：

solution： Same user id exists in both systems with full authroization to S_RFCACL.

執行report RSUSR070，Authorization object維護成S_RFCACL:

傳回所有包含了該Authorization object的PFCG role：

輕按兩下進入Z_S_RFCACL進行double check：

在該Role裡将出error的user assign進User list即可。
