1.檢視容器内程序資訊

docker top 容器ID

2.檢視容器中繼資料資訊，中繼資料資訊是JSON格式的字元串，包含有很多内容，容器的ID、建立時間、狀态、資料卷等等。

docker inspect 容器ID

3. 進入目前正在運作的容器

通常運作容器是以背景方式運作的，使用以下指令進入正在運作的容器

docker exec -it 容器 /bin/bash 進入容器後開啟一個新的終端，可以在裡面操作

docker attach 容器 進入容器正在執行的終端，不會啟動新的程序。

1. 把容器内檔案拷貝到主機

docker cp 容器:容器内路徑 主機路徑
