VIDEO CALL
視訊通話
Mother: Daddy is on a business trip in another city.
媽媽：爸爸在另一個城市出差呢。
Would you like to talk to him before bed?
你想在睡覺之前和他聊聊天嗎？
Child: Yes, please!
寶寶：想！
I will get the phone.
我去拿電話。
Mother: We can have a video call with him
媽媽：我們可以和他視訊聊天，
so we can see him.
這樣我們就可以看到他了。
Child: Yay! I miss Daddy.
寶寶：耶！我想爸爸了。
Mother: First, I'm going to use my face ID to unlock the phone.
媽媽：現在我用面容ID把手機解鎖。
Then, you can click on the WeChat icon
然後，你可以點微信圖示
– the green one with two little faces on it.
–– 那個綠色的有兩個小人的。
Child: Now I find Daddy's picture and touch it?
寶寶：現在我找到爸爸的頭像點一下？
Mother: Yes, that is right.
媽媽：是的，沒錯。
Then, hit the plus sign on the bottom right.
然後點一下右下角的加号。
Exactly!
對的！
Under that, you will tap the video camera symbol
在它下面，你點這個錄影機的圖示，
(1) 看到這裡，文章标題中問題的答案就出來了：點觸屏裝置的點，用click on、tap、hit和touch都是可以的。
(2) 手機上的各種圖示，既可以用icon，也可以用symbol。
which says "video call" underneath it.

Then, when it gives you a choice between a video call or voice call,
接下來出現視訊通話和語音通話兩個選項的時候，
choose the first one, video call.
選第一個，視訊通話。
Now we wait for it to ring,

and Daddy will answer if he is free.
爸爸有空的話會接聽的。
Okay, we are connected.
好了，接通了。
Child: Hi, Daddy!
寶寶：你好，爸爸！
Mother: Not so close to the screen -
媽媽：不要離螢幕太近，
you need to back up a bit.
你得往後一點。
See, this is the camera here,
你看，攝像頭在這兒呢，
that is how Daddy can see you on his phone.
爸爸就是通過它在他的手機上看到你。
Child: Can you see me, Daddy?

Child: I'm good!

Mother: Remember to hold it properly

so that the camera is on you.

Otherwise, Daddy can only see the ceiling!
要不然爸爸隻能看房頂了！
Child: Oops, sorry!
寶寶：哎呀，對不起！
Father: That's okay.
爸爸：沒事。
Move it down a little.
往下一點點。

好了！
Child: I can't hear Daddy anymore.
寶寶：我聽不見爸爸說話了。
Mother: Oh, you must have hit the volume button.
媽媽：哦，你肯定是按到音量鍵了。
Let me fix it.
我來解決。
Up, up, up.
大、大、大。
You should be able to hear Daddy now.
你現在應該能聽到爸爸的聲音了。
Five more minutes -
還有五分鐘，
then it's bedtime.

Child: I want Daddy to see my new book.

Mother: Okay.
媽媽：好的。
Just tap the switch camera icon
點一下切換攝像頭圖示，
so that we are using the rear-facing camera
這樣我們就是用後置攝像頭，
instead of the front-facing camera.
不是前置攝像頭了。
Mother: Okay, your five minutes is up.
媽媽：好的，五分鐘到了。
Say goodbye to Daddy
跟爸爸說再見，
and touch the red circle at the bottom to end the call.
然後點下方的紅色圈圈挂掉電話。
Child: Bye, Daddy!
寶寶：拜拜，爸爸！
End call.
挂斷。
Mother: Good job!
媽媽：真棒！
