定義和用法
<xsl:when> 元素用于為 <xsl:choose> 元素規定相關動作。
<xsl:when> 元素會計算一個表達式，如果傳回 true，則執行規定的動作。
注意：<xsl:when> 元素與 <xsl:choose> 元素和 <xsl:otherwise> 元素協同使用，來表達多個條件測試。
