定義和用法
createTFoot() 方法用于在表格中擷取或建立 <tfoot> 元素。
注意：如果 tfoot 元素在表格中已經存在， createTFoot()
方法傳回存在的值,不會建立一個新的 <tfoot> 元素。
提示：在表格中移除 tfoot 元素，請使用
deleteTFoot() 方法。
