SDK中有一個Export Ribbon Definations的例子，源代碼也可以在sdk\samplecode\cs\client\ribbon\exportribbonxml中找到。SDK中的例子使用了ServerConnection.Configuration類，這個類對EMEA的CRM Online不太好用，總是連接配接失敗。或許對北美的可以使用。

導出Ribbon定義，要使用到RetrieveEntityRibbonRequest。另外RetrieveEntityRibbonResponse.CompressedEntityXml儲存的是壓縮(zip)資料，需要使用System.IO.Packaging.ZipPackage将資料解壓縮。
