[已解決] nvidia-smi ERROR: Can´t communicate with GPU

理由:

NV内部驗證

Q：我在ubuntu14.04系統上運作nvidia-smi時出現“communication-error with theGPU”的錯誤。驅動已經正确安裝，一共安裝了兩塊卡，K40C在PCI01:00.1處，另一塊是GF6100，隻有GF6100可以被nvidia-smi顯示。錯誤具體提示如下：

>$nvidia-smi

Unableto determine the device handle for GPU 0000:01:00.0: Unable to communicate withGPU because it is insufficiently powered.

This maybe because not all required external power cables are

attached,or the attached cables are not seated properly.

A: 這是由于K40C有兩個6-pin的電源接口和一個8-pin的電源接口，如果隻連接配接兩個6-pin的接口就會發生這個問題。
