我的環境是：
Zabbix 是 2.2.7
Zabbix-Grafana 是 2.5
Download: https://github.com/alexanderzobnin/grafana-zabbix/releases/
Grafana 是 2.5
Download: http://docs.grafana.org/installation/rpm/

大緻步驟是：
一， 先下載下傳 http://docs.grafana.org/installation/rpm/ 并安裝 RPM 包， 這一步隻是安裝這個 Grafana伺服器而已 非常簡單
二， 下面就是安裝關于zabbix的插件：
先這個檔案Grafana-Zabbix 2.5
https://github.com/alexanderzobnin/grafana-zabbix/releases/
然後上傳到Grafana 的伺服器中，然後執行下面的指令
cp -rf grafana-zabbix/zabbix /usr/share/grafana/public/app/plugins/datasource/
上面配置已經okay了
三， 下面就是在zabbix 的server上的配置：
Mysql賦權使用者和在Zabbix Web界面建立使用者show：
(1)、對Zabbix資料庫使用者賦權
(2)、在Zabbix Web界面中添加使用者show
四、驗證Zabbix json配置檔api_jsonrpc.php
五，啟動服務：
service grafana-server start
六， 登入：
http://your_ip:3000
七， 添加資料源和API：
我們看到已經打開Grafana Web頁面啦
Default Account
User：admin
Pass：admin

最重要的是中間多了一個test connection的選項，非常重要
